This form will be needed multiple times throughout your trip to prove you are the owner of your firearm, comparing serial numbers on your rifle. Guests must retain all official weapons paperwork on their person until their final destination is reached in the U.S.

Be sure you have completed a power of attorney & forms and returned them to the Trophy Export Specialist.
Register your gun with US Customs and Border Protection
Check with the airline and country where you intend to hunt to verify firearms regulations.
If trophies are to be mounted in the U.S., select a taxidermist.
While you are abroad:
Obtain a copy of your Hunt Register
Obtain full contact details for the taxidermist or dip & pack company
Provide Trophy Export Specialist information to the PH and foreign taxidermist
Provide preferred Port of Entry where trophies are to be shipped to PH & taxidermist
When you return:
Contact Trophy Export Specialist
Advise us of contact details for a foreign taxidermist or dip & pack company
Advise if any curios are expected in your shipment.
Provide a copy of the Hunt Register or listing of all animals taken
Request that all export documents be sent to you and the Trophy Export Specialist
If CITES I species are taken, apply for a U.S. Import Permit from US FWS.
Review documents closely for errors or omissions
Request quotation with insurance prior to approving export to U.S.
If ocean transportation, ensure all ISF data is complete.

Permits are required for all airports where you land and take off with a weapon.
Separate permits are needed for Johannesburg (arrival airport) and Limpopo Province (where the lodge is located). You must carry official documentation confirming your weapon’s registration with local authorities at all times during the safari.
VIP Airport Services
Meet and greet upon arrival at Johannesburg Airport.
Fast-track service through customs (front-of-line privileges).

Overview:
Aaron Bulkley and the Africa Hunt Lodge team will serve as your primary point of contact for all on-site accommodations, activities, and billing once you transition from Saxon Hotel to your safari portion of the expedition at Kudu Valley Lodge.

Hunting Guest Rates:
1 Person - $445 USD / Person / Day
2 People - $395 USD / Person / Day
Hunting day rates include your own professional hunter (PH), guide fees, suite accommodations, meals, open bar (regular South African varieties), care of trophies after the hunt, and private transfers to Johannesburg International Airport. Non-Hunting Guest Rates:
1 Person: $250 USD / Day
Kudo Valley may charge an additional $100/day.Non-hunting day rates include suite accommodations, meals, an open bar (regular South African varieties), and private transfers to Johannesburg International Airport.
Services Aaron Bulkley Will Manage:
$1,000 USD deposit required from each hunting guest
Required to confirm your reservation (via check, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or bank wire).
Individual Accounts for Each Guest
Each participant will have their own personal billing account to track massages, day trips, excursions, and any charges outside the base package.
Lodge Accommodations
Private suite accommodations at Kudu Valley Lodge.
Private Transportation
Transfers from Saxon Hotel to Africa Hunt Lodge; excursions to Elephant Encounter, local orphanage, and other offsite activities.
Africa Hunt Lodge Additional Requests
Guided hunting excursions, massage services, photo safaris, and additional experience bookings (some may incur separate charges.)
Trophy Handling
All licenses, permits, and trophy transportation services to local taxidermists or Dip/Ship export preparation. Full trophy fee listings are available here.
Rental Rifle Program
Firearm rentals are available ($35/day) for those who prefer not to bring personal rifles. Assistance is provided for proper weapon permitting if bringing your own.
Onsite Hospitality Inquiries
Daily housekeeping, laundry, chef-prepared meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), open bar (beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages), and hosted traditional Braai dinner experience.
AHL Important Billing & Payment Notes:
Final balances can be paid prior to arrival (via the U.S. or South Africa office) or onsite during your stay.
A 4% service fee applies to credit card payments.
Any gratuities, personal excursions, spa treatments, and additional purchases will be billed separately to your individual account. If you are unsure about what services are included, please inquire with Aaron Bulkley.

After deplaning, guests will be met immediately upon arrival at the gate by the VIP Meet-and-Greet Service representative, arranged through PWP Travel Partners.
The VIP representative will escort guests through the entire arrivals process to ensure a seamless experience.
Customs and Immigration Fast-Track
Guests are guided through expedited immigration and passport control, minimizing wait times and bypassing standard queues.
VIP staff assist with any documentation needs or customs inquiries during the process.
Baggage Claim Assistance
The VIP representative accompanies guests to the baggage claim area, where staff assist with locating and handling luggage.
Hunters:
Will be introduced to the Weapons Permitting Liaison immediately upon reaching baggage claim.
Weapons and ammunition will be collected and guests escorted to the South African Police Station (SAPS) office for mandatory firearm entry permits.
Note:This is a standard, but time-sensitive, process required for legal entry of firearms into South Africa.
Non-Hunters:
Will continue directly to transportation or, if necessary, wait briefly at a waiting area while hunters complete their weapons processing.
Weapons Clearance (Hunters Only)
Hunters will be escorted to the SAPS Police Clearance Office inside the airport.
Required documentation:
Firearm import/export permits
Proof of firearm ownership (US Form-4475)
Flight and travel documents
Once clearance is completed, weapons are re-checked with guests for secure onward travel.
